DNZ was assigned to fix our dishwasher through Home Depot protection plan. They come to our house 5 times, installed 2 parts and still could not fix the dish washer. The last time the technician came out he told us it was not repairable and they would report the information to Home Depot so we could get resolution. This was one month ago. Do not hire this company, bad service on appliance repairs. If you have Sears always ask who they are sending. I do not recommend this company.
February 22/2016 DNZ technician had no proper knowledge of how to turn up my kitchen range burners.I was instructed to call my gas service
I don't know about the rest of their services, but, their appliance repair scheduling is horrible. NO customer service. I had put in a request through Sears and the initial appointment was scheduled. A part needed to be ordered, the part was received and a follow up scheduled for 2-6PM. At 5:30 the technician called and said he would be much later than 6, so I asked to reschedule. Don't use them. Showed up promptly, told me they would need to get approval for the parts from my home warranty provider, then disappeared. I tried calling them left a message and no response.
