This Chicago construction is ridiculous! Hit what felt like a damn sink hole, blew a tire, shock, and wheel seal. I happen to be half a mile away from the shop, I limped in there without calling. They were getting ready to close, but they stayed a little bit late to help me get back on the road and for a reasonable price. Awesome guys!!
Man was I BLESSED to find this shop. I had to recover this truck from an owner operator, it was trashed. Extremely neglected, and a load in the trailer. David and his team were able to get back up to par, and extremely fast! Super grateful for their help and knowledge!!
This repair shop is the worst ever!! They do not honor their warranties, communication is horrible, it takes them forever to fix and return trucks. I lost 2 company bids due to their sloooowww service. They do everything verbally with no contracts on work. Worst mistake ever doing business with them. Save yourself the headaches and money and go to a shop that is reliable and honest.
