I had a really disappointing experience here. A basic nail service (no gel, nothing extra) took about 3 hours, which is far longer than expected. There was also a lot of time spent on the phone instead of focusing on the service. What made the experience worse was the response I received. I was essentially told that if I wanted something faster, I should go to a “chop shop.” As you can see from the owner’s reply, they even suggest going to other shops. Honestly was hoping for a better experience than what I had today. Went in to treat my best friend for her birthday, they didn’t even greet us. Yet greeted others after us. One lady looked up and said “YOU should have said something, we were busy running our mouths” then laughed. I didn’t know how to respond. As a customer, why should I greet you? My toes look ok, got the deluxe package but in my opinion was not worth it. She rub my feet for 1 minute, did stones for 30 seconds. Not worth $50. Felt rushed. I won’t be coming b... read more
