The lady at the from Sean, she's great. I didn't know where and I was lost and when I called she answered the phone and directed me. She came outside telling me where to go until I actually parked. That's great customer service and then I came inside and she helped me along the way. I had no idea they have 2 different doors to enter and she walked me to the next building where my counselor was. Don’t accept medicaid
their website has a list of insurances they accept but when you call with said insurance, they don’t take that. very misleading.
The lady Shun helped me and my child with the entire process. She explained to me how everything goes and she was patient with me while I had to gather my insurance information. We laughed and talked and she was even able to better my day. Once I came into the office, I noticed she was spraying air freshener and the place smelled awesome(hahaha lol).
