Hello.We tried calling local plumbers in the area with Zero Response. We made one call to Dnipro Plumbing and he was here in 50 minutes and within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. Rather than charging too much, he explained the problem and the fix so I could fix it myself and save a few dollars. He even called back twice to make sure the job was done and everything was working properly now. We highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you Dnipro!
Our Septic Field was not working properly, we called Andre at Dnipro Plumbing. Andre came fast, diagnosed the problem quickly. He was fair and the work was done quickly and professionally. Andre is honest and doesn't beat around the bush trying to sell you something you don't need. The machine operator Jayson from Hourd Excavation was fantastic, he worked all over the yard, he made sure the whole work area was clean and he didn't tear up the ground. Our Field is working great now, thank you Andre.
Answered call immediately and came within the hour which does not seem to be the norm anymore. Assessed the problem quickly and discussed possible solutions and outcome. I appreciate the direct approach so that there are no surprises. The work was completed the following day, with some changes made to the existing plumbing so that future service can be performed with less difficulty. Andriy is very easy to deal with, appreciate his humour and would highly recommend him.
