Sarah Gool of DNII sent a letter with patently false information (proof of information never provided, 10 requests). DNI removed funds from my assessment account (thousands of dollars), refused to listen or accept the proof of erroneous billing and noted "case closed"! Can you say "extortion" boys and girls?
I would give less lf I could. DNI literally stole $2900 out of my monthly fees for something I am not even responsible for.
Absolutely the worst. Sarah Gool, our point of contact, loves to ignore e-mails. he is snarky and unprofessional. I am sorry for anybody dealing with this property management company.
