Ellos tienen un jueguito con los referidos que hasta los pacientes pierden citas con especialistas porque el referido nunca está listo pero entonces si vas a la oficina y les dices dos o tres entonces el referido aparece rapidito. Tengo una muy buena experiencia con la clínica, están bien organizado y saben exactamente lo q estan haciendo. El personal es excelente,muy buena atención. The experience I’ve been having for the last three years has been worse, year after year they refuse to speak in English or they just don’t speak the language . everyone there at the Grant location should be speaking in English, when I asked to speak with someone in English any phone call ,They put me on hold for 30 minutes today.
