Very Very bad every time I clean for myself and if there is a storm I take uper I really regret it buy a machine if you want my advice and save money
They do not show to clean the driveway snow . Total scam . Very poor and rude customer service . Do not wast your money .
ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF. Whenever you try calling, no one picks up. And whenever anyone does pick up, empty promises that someone will show up only for nothing to happen. Completely unreliable. Beware of these wretched scammers.
We have been clients of W-I Snow Removal for 6 years in Ste-Genevieve and we just learnt that they bought Ricks Snow removal (DDO). At our house, in DDO they came twice today. They remove the snow when the cars are not there. But at our duplex, they never came once after this huge snowstorm. No email, no one to answer the phone. My tenants are not happy!
