Doesn’t know what to do
The service technician that cam out was so rude. He tried to tell me to fix the pump on my washer would be $500. I told him for that I can buy a new one. I would never recommend this company. Please don’t waste your time on calling them. We ended up fixing the pump ourselves for $105
This place was horrible. I think they are on commission as when they came out they charged way too much but I went ahead and used them. Then when the part came in they wanted 100 dollars more than what was quoted. They then said I needed something else done. When they came back they doubled what was quoted. I felt captive in a scam. I do NOT recommend this business. LA Redlands
