I don't know how they got this high rating. My experience was terrible. Starting off they had my ATV for 7 months. Make sure you get everything in writing if you or so desperate that you have to use them I do not recommend. I was told to diagnostic charge of $100 would go toward the price of repair of course now it's months later. I get my total and I tell them over the phone Hey you forgot to subtract $100 My total was then $300 instead of four. This is the best Sea Doo mechanic business in DFW. Bernard & Selina are both very knowledgeable & so helpful with answering questions & walking you through what it will take to make repairs. Very honest pricing & no unnecessary repairs. I recently sold my Sea Doo & so no longer need any repair work. I will miss seeing them, so plan on periodic drive by’s just to say Hi.
Won’t get this great of customer service anywhere, they talked me through my issues I was having with my ski, got me the part numbers I needed and where to buy them from great people!
Talk to these guys BEFORE you buy! They are a WEALTH of knowledge!
