Do not do business with this company. After purchasing a close to $3 million dollar brand new home, I would expect better service. After just 2 years of ownership, we have had serious issues with the construction of the home. Most notably, our brand new roof developed a leak that caused damaged to the wood flooring. In addition, paneling on the outside of the house has become warped. Areas of the wood flooring have developed gaps. The most caring construction company I have ever encountered. They treated me very attentively from the beginning to the end of the process. The houses they built were far above expectations in terms of material quality and design. Thank you for everything
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are constructing luxury homes in occupied northern Cyprus on property still owned by Greek Cypriots who were forced out at gunpoint and lost everything during the brutal Turkish invasion, leaving behind their homes, lands, businesses and churches. They are building on property they legally DO NOT OWN. Be warned.
