No responsiveness. DNB places an arbitrary hold on my account citing maximum withdrawal limit regardless of the fact that no withdrawals were made within a month. Now I will be late paying my rent. Maddening and misleading experience. This has happened before. Despite this everything has been fairly amicable, however, when I needed someone’s help the most, the silence is utterly deafening.

I called over the weekend to freeze my card because I had lost it. I just found my card today and they’re telling me that I’m going to have to order a whole new card all together. The hours at this bank are the most unreasonable times being that most people work until 5-5:30 every day and can’t gat there during the week so I can’t even go get money out for the rest of this week. I will be closing my account tomorrow, I’ve banked with DNB for years and I refuse to put up with the headache any longer.
Just got two bills ( there is at least one more) that the ebill system didn't pay, even though it shows my previous payments scheduled and delivered. Now I have interest, fees and potential adverse effect on my credit rating. Seriously looking to leave this bank!
