I really appreciate the time Adam took to talk with me about chimney sweep services. Long story short, watch out for companies that are not qualified to provide these services. There are a lot of companies listed on Google etc that are not legit, so be careful when you're looking for a good chimney sweep service. I found out the hard way when one 'company' sent someone over who clearly did not know what they were doing. I don't even know where to start. The family-owned business DNA Chimney really went above and beyond for us! From the very beginning, the owners, Adam and Janice, made us feel like we were their main priority, even though their schedule was full and it was the end of day. They were super helpful and truly amazing. We called them with a last-minute request the night before Thanksgiving, and somehow they made it happen.
