The lack of basic customer service is this area is astounding. I walked in and it took them a while to greet me and was finally asked very flatly how I could be helped. I had an appt and the staff called the worker assigned to me. They told me I could look at the colors in the basket and I heard someone saying Hola! Holaaaa! I wasn’t sure who that directed to at first and I ignored it. Then the man said - she’s calling for you. I walked over and I said I wasn’t sure who you were talking to because i don’t speak Spanish. If I have an option to give a minus star I would. I visited this place around 2 years ago, and still thinking of my bad experience once in a while, been wanting to give it a review since then 😂 It was my first time getting my nails done at a nail salon, so I didn’t know much about what to expect. I asked the lady to help me pick out a tone of yellow, she refused to help and seemed piss about me not making a decision before hand. My husband and I had a very long day of work and this nail salon stayed open late and our ladies that gave us pedicures were fantastic! Betty was my lady and she was so sweet and gave me an amazing pedicure. I will definitely be back when we are in town.
