I met David at his house in Central Point, just before moving the shop to White City. Wow! I was impressed with the young man. Very personable, polite and accommodating. He allowed me to drop my pickup at his house and he took it to his shop in White City and returned it after the appointed repairs and service. Recently, I had him service our Camry. I wanted the brake pads checked. The car had the original pads (92,000 miles). He could have changed them and charged me ... no .... stated they still had another 30,000 miles on... read more
Wish his shop was in Eugene - I manage the testing site for ASE auto certifications and the owner David came in to test for 2 days to get official ASE certification and I must say he was a real classy fellow he got really high scores and passed all of the certifications- super nice guy
David and the crew at DNA are awesome and accommodating. Had many different repairs performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them for anything from an oil change to a complete engine rebuild.
Fast, friendly, affordable, awesome service
Took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to these guys. 21 years of use and abuse had practically inverted my leaf springs and my clutch was all but gone. Roger and the team was extremely helpful diagnosing the engine and suspension, helped me to make all the right calls. Feels like a brand new truck! DNA is my exclusive mechanic from here on out. Thanks guys!
