PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. It was really really a bad experience with DNAQ. The admin line provided unreliable information and later denied previous discussions when issues arose, claiming a lack of authority. Furthermore, I was charged tremendous additional admin fees $$$ without valid justification. The results would also took you ages and not accepted by the related departments finally. I strongly advise seeking services from a more trustworthy provider.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Wish I I’d seen the reviews before using them. Sent DNA test to two different places after being advised that they need to go to Jakarta. Costing me an extra $2000 plus DNA $815 Then have the audacity to say that it was my fault and that they will not be held Responsible. now they deny me contacting them and avoid any discussions I have the phone records and email proof. We shall see how they respond with some media attention
I wouldn't recommend DNAQ. We paid for the extra service to save on going to different places to organise everything. They cancelled. This is a service to make stuff easier keep in mind. After finally securing a spot JP was an hour late making us late for several appointments. Then after nearly two weeks without response I contacted them. Luckily I did. Well they've got some explaining to do about a parentage test done in 2019.
I don't normally review, but if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here with my daughters, who are 6 and 5 years old, to collect a test. We were waiting in the waiting room, which had a toilet connected to it and a sign saying toilet. I took my daughters in there because they needed to use it and when we came out, there was 2 staff members standing there waiting for us, 1 was a 50+ out of shape woman and the other, a young skinny Indian looking man.
