Well they've got some explaining to do about a parentage test done in 2019.
I don't normally review, but if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here with my daughters, who are 6 and 5 years old, to collect a test. We were waiting in the waiting room, which had a toilet connected to it and a sign saying toilet. I took my daughters in there because they needed to use it and when we came out, there was 2 staff members standing there waiting for us, 1 was a 50+ out of shape woman and the other, a young skinny Indian looking man. DNAQ stated that "results will be available in 3-5 working days from receipt of all samples" but that has turned out to be a big LIE so far. Disappointing. I shall update this review as I go.
VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE. KIT SENT FAST SUPER HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL RESULTS DELIVERED FAST. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK THEM.
It was really a bad experience with DNAQ. I will not recommend DNAQ for future customers. I am willing to sue DNAQ in near future with solid proof.
