Red flag! Why would a dna company ask for your horses dam and sire?!!!! Also a reputable dna source doesn't ask for a picture! Scam!
I know one parent of my horse is an unregistered Standardbred. Since that parent is not registered I listed both parents as unregistered with no breed mentioned. My results were listed as Thoroughbred first, then Percheron and Hanoverian. No mention of Standardbred. I wrote to DNAmyhorse via the website asking for explaination. Maybe a mistake at the lab?
