My husband ordered a side mirror for his classic Acura, they sent the wrong mirror, I shipped it back with a signed receipt. He ordered it again from a different website, when the mirror delivered, I told him these were the same people who shipped the first mirror, I sent it back with a signed receipt. Basically, they shipped the same mirror twice, has not refunded my husband. This company is bogus, just be sending stupid stuff. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I PURCHASED HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES FOR MY 2015 Ford F-150. THE LENSED BEGAN TO SPLINTER. I SENT PICTURES TO THE COMPANY AND TRIED TO CALL THEM. I GET NO RESPONSE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Beware of This company.The worst company I have ever purchased from. They will respond right away about anything you are interested in buying. But if you already have purchased something and it's defected like what I received through them. They do not have the common courtesy to even respond. They will ignore every message, email, call and say high call volume. You never get ahold of someone. The only way I even got a message back was through bbb.
