DNA Marine are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. They need to work on their communication and scheduling skills. They never actually gave me a scheduled time and we’re really bad at communicating what they were doing. They overbooked themselves and when I would call to get a status update on what was going on, they either didn’t respond or told me I was entitled. I just want someone to tell me they’re gonna do something do what they say and that’s it.
The best around. Justin knows what he’s doing. Excellent customer service as well.
I recently had the pleasure of engaging marine engine services from Justin of DNA Marine Repair in the Greater Tampa Area (DNA is physically located in Tarpon Springs, FL), and I must say, it was an experience beyond my expectations.
