This business is a scam, I am currently in the military and my wife is petitioning for her son, we needed a DNA test to support the process. I went online and advised my wife to contact them. After paying them, 3 months ago, they said they would mail the document to us, until now 19-Oct.-2016 at 1:15 pm, they still haven't sent it, and would not speak to either of us, they are always in a meeting since the money was collected. Very insensitive to customers needs. They have a "careless" attitude as well as the company Ravgen. Both have nonchalant attitudes, but they have no problem taking payment in a prompt matter. Would not recommend either party.
