I’m disappointed to have to write the following review. DeWayne of DNA Heating & Cooling was very communicative, kind, seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, and came back to the house several times the last few years to make minor adjustments after installing my unit and replacing my ductwork in February of 2020. I've known Dewayne for many years, and when I found out my unit was on its last leg I knew exactly who to call. Dewayne responded very quickly to my call and came and gave me a bid that day. His bid was unbeatable ( I contacted 2 other companies for bids also). He was very thorough in explaining the whole process and he never pushed a sale! That's rare nowadays. My unit was installed and he even came back a couple days later to follow-up and make sure the settings were perfect. 100% Recommend.

My experience with them was great. He was on time and friendly, very reasonable pricing for the unit we got. He was very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my services.

My experience with DNA cooling is the best I’ve ever had. Friendly, fast, and a great price. Won’t trust anyone else to do my system maintenance and repairs. Dewayne is awesome and cares about his customers, and you don’t see that with much anymore.

If you guys are ever in need of HVAC services then don’t hesitate to call DNA Heating & Cooling! Dewayne is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and very knowledgeable. He’s honest and hardworking and will come to you anytime you need him! You will not be disappointed!
