I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Carrie, the owner, is one of the most helpful, caring, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. She truly goes above and beyond. The workouts are not only amazing but also motivating and fun. The group of women who go here are just as incredible: supportive, inspiring, and uplifting. I just started at DNA and I love it! I look forward to working out every morning and never felt that way in my life. My boys started training with Kris a few years ago. He’s absolutely wonderful with them. Makes workouts challenging and fun and gets them to max their potential. I started working with him shortly after they did and the progress I’ve made is beyond expectations! We have to continually make new goals as we crush the existing ones!
