I loved DNA Fitness from the moment I started. I had never had such a comprehensive intake evaluation. Over time I felt myself growing stronger having more energy in every aspect of my life. My trainer Valentin always had strategic preplanned workouts customized just for me. He wasn't there just to "count reps" he made sure that my form was proper and educated me about my fitness goals. I love the positive environment!!
Excellent coaching and an awesome atmosphere!! The staff won’t hesitate to help you as you work on your fitness journey and the coaches are very friendly! Highly Recommended!!

I recently made the decision to get serious about my health and decided to go back to DNA Fitness after a very long break and I’m so glad I did! All the coaches are amazing. They are knowledgeable and supportive teaching proper technique and warm ups before the scheduled WOD.
