DNA were recommended to me and I am pleased they were. Great service from my initial contact through to the completion of the job.They turned up on time repaired the fault and sent a clear report and costing of future works that would be required.
First rate friendly service. Highly recommended. Lorna was helpful through the whole process and David attended on time and explained everything clearly. The job was followed up with a call from Lorna to check our satisfaction and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely DNA again.
From the initial phone call to the job being completed it was a very professional and smooth process. We required a light repair/replacement in our garage. Contacting DNA was easy and Lorna was very helpful. David arrived to complete an assessment on the time and date arranged. Michael also arrived on date and time arranged and completed the job with great customer care and service. A fantastic company to deal with and would highly recommend.
Had new lighting in my mother’s bathroom and a security light outside. All work was completed to a high standard. My mother is absolutely delighted as she can see all of her bathroom for the first time!
