Not good! My prescription is wrong for the workspace glasses. I went in to schedule another exam and all of the doctors are gone. Moved out! What in the world?
I know he musta been a little behind schedule but the Dr. and the receptionist assistants never made me feel rushed and the doctor was relaxed and went over records and explained stuff and helped me make a decision about changing my prescription. I’ve had contacts since I was 11. This mighta been the best experience I’ve had getting a prescription. Just ask for your prescription copies if you want to order from Costco or something.
This place was very professional, listened to my concerns and showed me exactly what I needed. I went to one of their competitors for many years and found the quality of lens to be bad and over priced. LensCrafters had very nice frames and professional quality lenses. Staff was very knowledgeable about the products and the exams were very detailed. It was a very positive experience and I will return to the office in Mesa because of the great experience I had. No pressure to purchase and they worked with my budget.
I found everyone to be extremely friendly and professional. They helped me figure out what my insurance was as well as. We’re very kind and did everything that one would expect from a good eye exam. I was very pleased. I ended up ordering a pair of prescription sunglasses and got my regular glasses and cannot wait to get them as they feel great on my face and look wonderful
