Along Salisbury highway, between 7-7:10am this morning, one of your vans (number plate ending in AGH) was driving unsafely and tailgating many cars, despite those cars having no room in front of them to speed up due to peak-hour traffic. We had DNA Electrical Systems update our home security system today so we can monitor it through our mobile phones. John set up the accounts and Nick did the installation and between them they ensured that, before Nick left, we were confident we knew how to operate the updated system, and that it is working. John also listened when I asked for customisation, e.g. the amount of exit/entry time, and naming of each zone so we know exactly what sensor is being triggered (& removing unused zone to simplify the display). The team at DNA have just rewired and fitted or whole house's new lighting and security functions, including re programming the CBUS system and incorporated an Apple Home Kit operating platform. They are very knowledgeable, explain everything during the whole process and are incredibly detailed in their work. Plus they are a great bunch of people! A great outfit and I would highly recommend to anyone
