We purchased a home in Fort Myers in March and wanted to have the ducts cleaned after our remodel. I spoke with multiple companies, but DNA was the only one that offered a free inspection with photos and recommendations. I’m so glad they did. Their photos showed two large gaps where the ductwork had separated, a return duct that was partially disconnected from the air handler, a blower fan caked in dust, and mold throughout the system. Thorough, friendly, and reasonable
DNA was professional and prompt from start to finish. My dryer vent needed cleaning and repair. Nathan, my technician was honest, knowledgeable and did the work for a reasonable price.
Nathan was great did a very professional job.
We have a mobile home that never had a dryer machine so we didn’t have ducting that lead outdoors for dryer ventilation…so it took some special thought and planning to install the duct line of the mobile home. I was careful to take into consideration the safety rules involving mobile homes. Dorion did a good job at seeing it through and did it with care.
