Horrible experience. Schedule the appointment over the phone. Drive 40 mins to find out the place was closed for lunch during the scheduled time of the appointment. After i waited for lunch break to be over, the lady at the place claimed that they had no record of my appointment and there was some one already there for next available slot.
The staff here was so helpful throughout my entire immigration process.
