Bought a car over 50k and Kay was brilliant, I fully trusted all he said and I didnt even go see the car or test drive it! i paid 50k and also got changes made to car and he gave me trade rates to get the changes done. Can 100% vouch that these guys are safe to deal with. Even in the future when i need tyres etc Kay said he will get me better rates via his trade accounts. Legend!
By far the best experience I’ve had with a dealer guys at DNA Were extremely helpful with everything from start to finish, especially Karan who helped me buy my bmw m340i definitely is and looks like a one of a kind car stunning and stands out from the rest. Would definitely recommend these guys
I never end up leaving a review, but ironically only buy or deal with businesses that have good reviews and so felt I need to give credit where it is due. I’m moving away and have had my M340i listed on Autotrader and had silly offers from other ‘reputable’ traders until I was contacted by DNA. Disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. I showed interest in a car listed with no images and requested them multiple times, but there was a lack of response. Eventually, the ad was removed without any update, and when I followed up, I was told there was an issue with the car despite earlier being assured it was in good working condition.
