Had my windshield replaced today. Showed up for my appointment, they told me exactly what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, and went to work. When they finished, they gave me instructions on how to take care of it, and I was on my way. They were super nice and very professional. The office was super clean! If I ever need another windshield replaced, I know exactly where To go, DNA auto glass!

Customer Service is a 10; Timing of repair is a 10 …. My issue was the quality of the windshield. The replacement was a warped windshield causing blurry vision; when it rained, it did not easily run off the glass; and the glass cracked instantly when a pebble hit the windshield on the freeway. Great workmanship! Took only 1.25 hrs to get my windshield replaced. Took real great care in replacing. You can watch the job from glass window. Definitely recommend this place for best and affordable replacements.
