Always a great experience! First time I went to their office for a glass replacement and they did a phenomenal job and finished quickly. The most recent time was an at home glass replacement. The people at DNA are very nice and respectful to your car. The at home appointment was quick and easy. They communicated when they were on their way, communicated their arrival and departure. Highly recommend this awesome business!

I had a fantastic experience with DNA Auto Glass in Tempe when I needed my windshield replaced on the Lotus Elise. From the moment I called, Mel was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained the process clearly and went way above dealing with State Farm glass replacement policy. The technician Arthur, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. We are very, very happy with the DNA staff and their work. Arthur did a great job with the tint and installing the new windshield. We appreciate the fact that windshields from the Mercedes supplier were thoroughly checked resulting in defective units going back to the supplier and not going into our car. Mel was excellent coordinating with us, the windshield supplier, and HQD. We enjoyed the cooperation between DNA and HQD which enhanced our windshield replacement experience. We highly recommend DNA and HQD.
