Great service! We had our windshield replaced and everything was covered through insurance. It did take some time to get everything situated but once we got approval from the insurance, everything moved quickly. They also worked with the window tint company to have the window tinted before installation. Arthur was awesome and we will definitely work with them in the future.
Arthur was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service, was easy to get ahold of throughout the process, and was honest from start to finish. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the finished windshield looks amazing. Easy process working with car insurance. I highly recommend DNA Auto Glass!
DNA Auto Glass exceeded expectations in regards to responsiveness, professionalism, quick scheduling and excellent workmanship. From the start of the process of scheduling an appt to getting my windshield replaced I was met with kindness. Had my windshield replaced today. Showed up for my appointment, they told me exactly what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, and went to work. When they finished, they gave me instructions on how to take care of it, and I was on my way. They were super nice and very professional. The office was super clean! If I ever need another windshield replaced, I know exactly where To go, DNA auto glass!
