Eric was phenomenal! Diagnosed the problem quickly with our dryer vent and had it back to working condition in no time.
We have experienced exceedingly long times for our GE dryer to dry even small loads. The GE technician ran diagnostics and blamed a blocked dryer vent. I placed a call to DNA who cleaned the vent just before the new dryer was installed about 1.5 years ago. I received a very courteous reply and Nathan, DNA's technician, was here in less than 2 hours.
