Crooks. Make you sign papers before job is done. Damage furniture then tell you there is no insurance since you didn't take it out. Yet they never advise you to do so. Request cash and hold your furniture hostage it you don't pay before the job is done. Then deny your claim for damages indicating you didn't buy extras and tape to secure the blankets around your furniture.
