Subpar standards and zero accountability for faulty work I have wasted multiple visits at D&N trying to resolve a limp mode issue. After they installed a new EGR valve, the car was still not fixed. Instead of verifying their own work, I was told it was likely an 'electrical issue.' I eventually paid $530 at a Mercedes specialist (Eurostar Diesels) for a proper diagnosis, only to find the electrical system is perfect—the EGR valve D&N installed was faulty. I'm very pleased with the service that I received, the work was excellent, very reliable, on time, the parts were not available but they have managed to find it and get me back on the road ASAP, I really appreciate the good work. I highly recommend D&N Mechanical Repairs.
