On Tuesday they kindly took the time to diagnose my suddenly noisy Rav 4 with impending water pump failure, even though I had no appointment. They then went out of their way to get my Rav 4 fixed today, Thursday. Very fast service for a vehicle killing problem and within the quoted price. Many thanks to the team, Jean
Dan and his team, from front desk staff to mechanics, are the most incredible crew. They went above and beyond to find an affordable solution for me very last minute before a holiday so that I could get home to Victoria in one piece. The care they took to comfort me in the stress and also make sure I was safe will stick with me for a long time. Not to mention, their shop has a great energy and everyone from their regular customers to staff had a smile on their face. Thank you so much, Dan and team !
These people from the front office to the mechanics are absolutely fantastic. Called them in the morning with noise from front wheel , 2.5 hrs later I’m driving away with complete peace of mind and no charge to boot. If I lived here they would be the only people who I would ever take my car to. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Top notch service and friendly atmosphere where everything is shown and explained to you.Can’t thank them enough
Loveliest and best experience I've had with mechanics. They saw me the same day, checked my issues and took the time to explain to me what was going on with the machinery diagrams they have. So appreciated and such lovely people! And wonderful with pricing too, cant recommend enough!
