The quality of the electrical work was decent, but the service and professionalism fell short in several areas. The owner does come onsite and supervises the apprentices, and one employee, Matt, was professional. Unfortunately, the others were not. It was immediately noticeable that two of the workers smelled strongly of weed. I understand marijuana may be legal in some areas, but showing up to a customer’s home smelling like that is unprofessional and disrespectful. I contacted Damien in December 2024 to install a projector. We scheduled an appointment, but he never showed. When he later followed up, I informed him of the missed appointment. He apologized, acknowledged that he failed to schedule it, and offered a discount on a future service. I rescheduled the projector installation for March 2025. The promised discount was never honored, and he charged $100 more than the original quoted price. Matt took his time and found the issue. Excellent service. My GFCI kept tripping and he found out the problem in the weird electrical hook up in this house.
