Clean space, very relaxing. Massage was just what I needed to de-stress.
Very clean and calming environment. Purnell was great, making sure to work on the areas I specified with the appropriate pressure. He also gave me stretches to do on my own to help.
I booked 2 appointments for my daughter and myself, and prepaid $200+ tip, but no therapist ever showed and no one in reception was able to offer an explanation or produce a manager. I have yet to about WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
