My go to massage, stretch and lymphatic drainage therapy for over 10 years. Sarah is the best and has the healing touch. Using her services has improved my mobility and flexibility. DMV Stretch is the place to go!
Went for the 1st time today. Place is nice and the ambiance is pleasing and relaxing. I have been constant issues with back pain, knee pain, list goes on. Lauren did an amazing job, very friendly and after session was done felt so much relief as if my body could breathe again. I will be returning as it is just what my body needed!
This was my first stretch/massage session with Sarah and I highly recommend! I am a very active individual in both my career and athletic hobbies so a good reset was much needed. Sarah was able to address muscle tightness and work out any knots while still creating a relaxing environment. She suggested massage by feet as well (which I had never experienced) and I thought it was extremely effective.
