Denied me treatment during a crisis. Refused to refill a necessary prescription due an unpaid balance. Their refusal to fill the RX led me to have a manic episode, and I had to be hospitalized. When I called to follow up after discharge, they still denied treatment. I expressed I was suicidal and they still denied treatment. The quality of the therapy itself has been excellent. Unfortunately, the issues I’ve experienced are with office operations and billing practices. On the day before my appointment (2/8), I received a call regarding payment for a bill dated 2/6 and was told I had until 5:00 PM that same day to pay or my appointment would be canceled.
