Had a Great service but they never took my insurance even though they accepted my insurance when I booked the appointment then proceeded to charge my credit card over 300$ the same day then when I called them they told me to send my insurance card to an email then when I do the email doesn’t even work.
I've been seeing Oko Akrong since 2022 and am so incredibly thankful for his practice 🙏 Convos on mental health struggles are not easy.. it takes a lot of vulnerability and self reflection to be comfortable enough with yourself to even set up an appointment, nonetheless, actually open up to a stranger about it all. Very great practice, they were very caring and got through their appointments quickly. I'm disappointed to have to switch providers due to insurance issues.
Absolutely loved my experience! Definitely would recommend this facility to everyone.
