I bought two lift chairs from Mike three years ago, and the service has been excellent ever since. A few days ago one of the batteries died. I called Mike and he responded immediately and had it fixed quickly. When I had to call again the next day, his team came right back out and took care of it — no hassle, no waiting. I highly recommend Michael McDonald! He did an amazing job building a new ramp at the front of my house. He took his time, paid close attention to every detail, and worked very hard to make sure everything was done properly. The ramp looks great and makes it much easier for me to access my home with my wheelchair. Thank you so much, Michael, for your hard work and dedication! Mike did a terrific job for us in record time. I can’t thank him enough. He is personable, thoughtful, and able to solve problems quickly and with a lot of creativity. He was always there for us to help during a difficult time. Mike put in a stairlift, multiple ramps, and changed our shower to a walk-in. Again, a great job very reasonably priced.
