Slow and a case per day, very bad working style and response mechanism with very low efficiency.
I’ve been to this place many times over the course of 2 weeks. Rod has been the most helpful out of the customer liaisons, but everyone else is unpleasant. Jolie, gives me an attitude each time I have questions, despite that being the purpose of a customer liaison. I don’t know her name, but the black girl is especially rude. Over the course of 4 visits, she has given me such a hard time each time, but not because I’m making mistakes, just because I feel like she’s just a rude person naturally. It's like a little secret spot to get some DMV stuff done without the long lines. But it doesn't do everything, like a whole DMV office. True, a lady doesn't know what's she's talking about, but everyone else does.
The efficiency is very slow!
