Great service and friendly staff. The process was quick and easy. Happy with my car so far,i didn’t want to leave feedback until after 2 months of the purchase, Car is excellent price very reasonable. Very happy. Thank you dmv automotive.
TLDR: It’s a decent place but it’s still a used car dealer so be careful and do your due diligence before buying. I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and the vehicle itself was in good condition and the price was not hateful, though they do charge a $500 processing fee which they claim is mandated by Virginia Board. When googled there is no evidence that claims that they are required by law or any board to charge a fee. Brought a car here. Was told that the engine and transmission was strong and no issues. 2 weeks later the issues started. First it was the engine light, then a week later the transmission went up. Took it to the mechanic and was told over $4000 of work was needed. Total rip off. 1/10 do not recommend buying from here. They will sell you trash!

Everyone knows buying a car can be tedious and annoying. This experience was not 1. Salesman wasn’t pushy 2. Pricing was fair 3. No unreasonable fees 4. Vehicle was a work van with a lot of miles, they let us check it out, check the engine and look all around the vehicle. They let us test drive it alone as well, which was refreshing so you could actually form your own opinion on the vehicle. 5. The work van passed MD inspection with no issues.
