DMV Auto advertised a 2017 RAM 1500 for $19,058 on cargurus.com. I called the dealership to see if it was available and was told it was. I immediately drove 1 hour 30 minutes to test drive it. I test drove it and wanted to purchase it. I was told the price was $3000 more and that cargurus messed up. The best they could do was $1,100 over the advertised price. If I could give a minus star I would. This play is a joke! I went there to buy a car and finance through them, They ran my credit 4x and told me it would be 45 minutes to structure the loan, I went back home since I only lived down the road and waited for them to call. they NEVER called! Next day, they ran my credit again and I called asking why they would run it again if I was already approved. they told me they were structuring the loan. Just recently purchased a vehicle from DMV Auto Finance. I must say that Ryann N., the sales representative with DMV Auto Finance, walked me through the car buying process with aplomb and tremendous expertise. Any questions and /or concerns I had, Ryann was quite capable in answering and/or resolving said them. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend taking you car buying needs to DMV Auto Finance and asking for Ryann N.
