The complaint is against the lady Magi who is answers the phone, sets up appointment with the service techs and performs follow ups (Magi). I had issues with them in the past as well and this is the second instance. I was assigned to this service company through my warranty Cinch Home Warranty. The tenant who lives at the house called to make an appointment which was verbally confirmed for Tuesday 8/30/2022.
