I went to the into store this morning to buy tile and the girl at the counter claiming to be the owner told me to wait outside and they would bring it to me. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went around back and I asked the guys how long it would be. As I was walking away, I could hear them laughing at me and commenting. The worst customer service ever we bought 18 boxes of tile to do a patio job. Five of them were broken. Spoke to Management she was totally rude and said we don’t need your business. We have plenty of business. You can leave now if you want broken tile and if you don’t go elsewhere, The worst customer service ever experience in my entire life.. unhappy people with themselves Should not work in customer service.
