Incredibly unprofessional and over priced.
I recently had a project come up and needed some tile options for a Spanish style bathroom remodel. After arriving at the store, I was approached by A very nice girl named Bobby. She was extremely helpful very knowledgeable. It’s very hard to get good customer service these days and I was very pleased with how willing to help Bobby was. This company referred a tile contractor to me for new flooring. I wish I could post pictures of this supposed contractor and his work. Substandard at best. He said it would take a week yet 3 weeks later it was a huge mess. He walked into my property last Monday, November 6, 2023 and was obviously in a very bad mood.
