They don't care about safety because most of their drivers do not do their pre-trips before leaving with their loads
It is a low paying job with poor benefits and zero chance of advancement. Drivers here are treated like an easily replaced, disposable tool. Expect to be treated as such. Expect to miss doctor appointments, family events, and important dates no matter how early you requested time off for or constantly reminding dispatch of. 1 of the best companies Ive driven for. Pay is decent, trucks are top-of-the-line, and dispatchers are straight forward honest. They are a 70 truck operation with 300+ trailers. Only reason I left is they rarely pay detention which is getting more common in the last year ( was doing a lot of waiting for loads). Note: I quit without notice because they will fire you if you give 2 week notice. I experienced this and witnessed it. Other than that a good company to drive for.
7:10 am red DMT 19 wheeler loaded with red iron highway 75 north cutting off other drivers. Yelling out the window. Behaving like a child due to traffic backup due to accident. Poor representation of the company
