This is a dishonest company... please hire anyone else. I had a horrifying experience with a "repair". In the end, no repair was actually done and they invoiced me for almost a grand, as well as sent me a quote for the full repair to cost over six grand. The detailed invoice also did not align with the work that was done, the hours were incorrect and when I raised this issue, they did not want to rectify it. I went to another contractor and had my repair done for a fraction of their quote.

This company is extremely unethical in their business practice and should be shut down. They charged 7.5 hours of labor to figure out that the reason there was no hot water in our shower was because the gas had been shut off. 7.5 HOURS to figure that out. And charged $947 for that. My poor landlord tried to ask them to reduce the charge but they refused multiple times. Stay away from this company. Pay attention to the rest of the reviews.

DMS used inexperience Plumber and charging license plumbing rate. Charging 7.5 hours to diagnose why is there no water.in the house The company charging extra hours and pockets themselves. One of my other plumbing company staff informed me they will never-never work for DMS again. I think the company had changed ownership.

Worked here and this pathetic company refuses to pay me. I’ll be reporting your business to Canada Revenue for unpaid remittance and the BC labour board. Enjoy getting audited 😎
