When the movers arrived with my possessions, my unit was locked so I had to make other arrangements but the owner responded promptly and explained that my unit was one of the new ones that hadn't been unlocked yet. He also gave me a month for free and he was very professional. I would've given 5 stars but I cleared my unit on 08/06 and sent a message through the portal, didn't hear back for 2 weeks and couldn't reach anyone by phone.
