They are not even worth a star!!! Did not answer my questions, but took my money. Did not visit the property more than 2 times in 3 years. I had to let them know we needed grounds maintained. They are awful. When I became president I fired them. They didn't give us the venders names and contact numbers. Had to ask for the balance sheets numerous times. Very irresponsible.
Chris and his team allowed my last tenant to not pay rent for 3 months, then leave with no forwarding address. They never inspected the property as required, leading to black mold and damage appliances. They took no action to retrieve the lost funds. Then after selling the condo they took owed over $200 in pre-paid fees, which they kept and stopped all contact.
