Horrendous experience with this company. They hugely overcharged me to replace a single fitting under my kitchen sink - over $500, nothing at all complicated about the repair. I used them because they supplied services to the condo building in which I lived at the time, so I thought they were legit. Not so! Avoid my mistake, and avoid DMS.
Worst company to waste your money and time.No knowledge and very bad customer service. Try to rip you off.Really rude and ruthless staff..
Never transparent with price, incorrect billing, russian roulette with problem solving, insane prices , never send invoices, horrible customer service, poor work done by unqualified techs, rude manager(Frank) who talks to you like you are an animal, Simran from service always hangs up or never calls back. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE OF A COMPANY!
They were on time, efficient and had good communication throughout. The plummer, who’s name was Davis or Davison I think (my memory sucks), was very professional and pleasant and he cleaned up after himself. I had a toilet replaced and it took about an hour. Very satisfied with the results.
