The tech was on time however He used flare fittings rather than solder and the other contractors had to tape them up My contractors vacuum the gas on the set of scales and it was short of gas. He regassed and with all that work it took 2.5 hours at cost 540 dollars. Your contractor spent half of that time and bill was 520 dollars
